In collaboration with astrophysics institutes in the US, she successfully applied Deep Learning methodologies in identifying sunquakes and publish her work in the Solar Physics Journal.

Holds a PhD in AI with over eleven years of Research activity and 18 years of experience in business tech in fields like IoT, Deep Tech, Smart City, Data Security. Anca is a member of Intelligent System Group at TUCN and her research domain is Artificial Intelligence, including the following subfields: DL, NLP, Autonomous Driving, Image processing with DL, Knowledge Representation, and GPU based parallelization for particle simulation. She teaches courses on AI and Formal Languages and Translators and she published more than 50 scientific papers.

With over 12 years experience as an attorney at law with a focus on international law, such as EU law and Human Rights conventions, Silvia has been specializing in AI and Legal Tech. She published articles and coordinated authors on these topics and developed a strong practice in AI and Cyber Security.
